Classic decor with an elegant art deco style captivates immediately. The Jacuzzi bath in the Junior Suite showcases luxurious touches that elevate the experience.
Tea-making facilities lacked sufficient plug wire length, resulting in an awkward setup requiring an extension lead. The shower experience is compromised with only a handheld attachment available, lacking a wall mount.

The location is awesome - near the old town and the modern city center, 5 minutes to the bus stops, 3 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the train station. The grocery just in the next street. The staff are very friendly(except of one strange man).
The breakfast is expensive and very poor(however that's true for the city).

During my two-night stay, I was impressed by the unique Art Deco style of the rooms and the surprisingly spacious bathrooms. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the Promenade. While the shower pressure was good, I faced a tight layout in the bathroom, which was a bit awkward at times. Despite a few minor hiccups, the overall atmosphere made for an enjoyable experience.

The Location is in easy walking to the liveliest area of Nice. The beach, restaurants, walking areas, bars, shops, town center, the choo choo train start point, all of this is around u and is even good for senior citizens, youth and grown ups. A livable, clean place, but that's it. Bathroom and toileteries are good and hotel policy is to conserve water, electricity, soap etc and they practice it. Lift available. Wending machine on gr flr. Triple Room is spacious. Electric Kettle available on request at no charge. Good bathroom with tub and clean. Cleanup everyday. Xtra pillows, bed cover and quilt in wardrobe. Staff get friendly once u try friendliness.
Pricing is minus point. Curtains don't cut out street lights. Room lighting is very very poor. The breakfast is sad, tea+coffee+a croissant+a choc muffin+a bread roll+cheese strip+conserves. Thin walls. Triple room third bed is pathetic. Carpet is worn out. Hangers in wardrobe cannot take trousers. Not value for money.

I enjoyed the Hotel itself, the location of the Hotel was a treat. I very much appreciated the opportunity of having breakfast in the room!!! And of course, the Hotel staff was very very pleasant!
I would suggest to replace the sheets of blankets (of the beds) with the covers of blankets for a tighter and even more comfortable sleep and stay at the Hotel.

Excellent location, friendly staff, good price/benefit ratio. It was quite comfortable, and honestly not bad. We didn't expect more for the price. For a short stay an excellent option.

Family with children, great location and vibe
Location was perfect, so many restaurants right outside. The space was quiet but just a quick walk to everything we wanted. The coffee machine was nice, it got us going every morning once they restocked it.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what you get.

The room had been renovated and it was clean with good amenities. The renovations at reception didn't bother me too much. Receptionists were very helpful. Problems were handled promptly. Nice room service breakfast.
The fact that I had to change rooms to a slightly less appealing room because the electicity stopped working. It's a very long walk uphill to the town and buses are not that frequent. Shame to have to pay for WiFi
